Working Technology of the Foam Machine

There are raw material pumps involved for chemical loading of Polyol, TDI, and MeCl from the drums to their designated tanks. It contains catalyst tanks carrying water of 500 Litres. capacity, Amine and SO of capacity 100 Litres. each, Silicone of 200 Litres., and 2 colours tanks of 100 Litres. each. A mixing head system includes a high-speed pin tyre stirrer with a 50 hp. The foam machinery also has two aluminium troughs with a plastic holding system that makes its maintenance easier. Further, it has fall plates made into 5 sections with independent height adjustable functioning.

Furthermore, an enclosed tunnel is included in the machine with adjustable side walls and two Powerful fume extraction fans. The continuous foaming machine manufacturer has a paper feeder located at the bottom under the foaming tunnel.  The side papers are provided from the vertical paper feeders situated on both sides of the tunnel.  There are re-winders installed at the end of the tunnel that automatically rewound the papers.
